Fringe/Reception Venues: date and time, venue name and address, cost, seating capacity and format (i.e. seats 30, theatre style), contact name within your organisation including e-mail address & phone number.
Hotel Rooms: date, number of available rooms and appropriate room type (i.e. single, standard double, suite), cost per night, state if breakfast included or not included, hotel name and address, contact name within your organisation including e-mail address & phone number.
